A small practice, on purpose.

Most companies don’t have a systems problem in the abstract. They have a specific spreadsheet that three people maintain by hand, a CRM nobody trusts, two tools that were supposed to sync and never did. The cost shows up as wasted hours and decisions made on bad numbers.

St Gentleman exists to deal with that directly. The practice is deliberately small: no account managers, no handoff to a junior team after the sale. You talk to the person doing the work, which means scoping is honest and the answer is sometimes that you don’t need us.

We work with owners, operators, and revenue teams — often companies of ten to a few hundred people that have grown past what their original tooling was meant to handle, and have no internal technical lead to sort it out.
