1. Who we are

ST GENTLEMAN LLC (“St Gentleman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company organized in Arizona and located in Tempe, AZ 85284. We provide technical solutions consulting services. This policy applies to stgentleman.com and to information we collect in the course of providing our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, request information, or communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, company name, mobile phone number (if you provide one), and the contents of your message.

If you check the box consenting to receive text messages, we also record that you gave consent, the date and time you gave it, and the exact consent language shown to you. We keep this record so that we can demonstrate consent if a mobile carrier or regulator asks.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we record the IP address and browser user agent associated with the submission. This is used to protect against abuse and to substantiate consent records. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
• To provide, perform, and support our consulting services
• To send text messages to you, but only if you affirmatively opted in to receive them
• To maintain records of messaging consent and opt-out requests, as required by mobile carrier and regulatory requirements
• To protect the security and integrity of our site, and to comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

4. Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the messaging service provider strictly necessary to transmit the messages you asked to receive.

We use a licensed communications platform provider to deliver text messages. That provider processes your mobile number solely to transmit our messages to you and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as follows:

• Service providers. Vendors that host this site, store our data, deliver our email, and transmit our text messages. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or valid governmental request, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. Mobile opt-in data remains subject to the restriction in Section 4.
• With your direction. When you ask us to share it.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. We retain messaging consent and opt-out records for at least four years after the consent or opt-out, because carrier and regulatory rules require us to be able to prove them. You may ask us to delete your information, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

• Text messages. Reply STOP to stop. Reply HELP for help.
• Email. Ask us to stop emailing you and we will.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Email privacy@stgentleman.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we have collected and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to our records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version on this page. Material changes affecting how we use your mobile information will not be applied retroactively to consents already given.
