ST GENTLEMAN LLC is a limited liability company organized in Arizona that provides technical solutions consulting, including systems integration, workflow automation, AI implementation, technical assessment, and CRM and data platform consulting.

Information on this site is general and provided for informational purposes. It is not technical, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation, and nothing on this site creates a consulting relationship. Consulting work is performed only under a separate written agreement or statement of work that we both sign.

3. Contacting us through this site

When you submit our contact form you agree to provide accurate information and to submit only information you have the right to share. Submitting the form does not create any obligation for us to provide services. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form; wait until we have an agreement in place.

4. Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, the SMS Terms also apply and are incorporated into these terms.

• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions, or impersonate another person

Ownership of work product created during a consulting engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

We treat non-public information a client shares with us as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as needed to perform the work, or as required by law.

8. Third-party links and services

This site and our work may reference third-party products and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Warranties applicable to consulting services, if any, are stated in the engagement agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ST GENTLEMAN LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for claims relating to this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100). Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the limits in that engagement agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ST GENTLEMAN LLC and its members from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the change.
